It was also a lovely sunny Menorcan day for our monthly Fish & Chips Lunch at Bar Pons in June which you can see us all enjoying in the photos below. Barbara and Linda Hart with Alan Wilkinson thought the lunch was excellent, Alan Pink chose a necklace from the raffle while our ever glamorous Jan perused the prizes on offer with Sheila Cox, Beverley was feeling the heat and the ever cool Juan kept his jazzy waistcoat on..!
A big thank you to all those who have now paid their annual subscriptions and made donations. Also, a big thank you to our Volunteers who give so much of their own time to help Age Concern Menorca, you are all making such a difference to those in need, thank you for your support.
Another very big thank you to the Mens Probus Club for donating a wheelchair and to the Ladies Probus Club for their donation of a bed hoist.
Finally we would also like to take this opportunity to thank Sylvie for all her hard work over the past 12 years organising the Charity Christmas Fair at Bar Pons making it such a successful, well known and well respected event. She will be passing the responsibilities over before this year’s Fair but we are sure she will always be on hand for guidance..!
