Mahón Council is organising a cultural and historic guided walk around the town centre on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 March 2013 to discover the seven entrances along the ancient Medieval wall that protected Mahón. Organised by Francesc Carreras, the tour will begin at 11.00 hours from the Plaça Conquesta and last approximately two hours. While the tour is free, to ensure that those participating enjoy the experience and can understand the explanations correctly, numbers will be limited to 50 people on each of the two days. Those interested can obtain a maximum of two tickets from the Municipal Cultural Service (Servei Municipal de Cultura) between 09.00 and 14.00 hours from Tuesday 19 February.
