Classic Cruises Menorca: Fun & Relaxation

PDFprintemail

Classic_Cruises-1Why not Discover Menorca's spectacular northern coastline from the sea this summer..? Classic Cruises Menorca offers a wonderful boating experience around the rugged and mystical northern coast of Menorca with a difference, which is the reason it has been voted most popular Menorcan boat excursion by leading Tour Operators Thomson, First Choice and Thomas Cook. And it’s easy to understand why…it’s all about Fun and Relaxation. Not only will you see vivid scenery, virgin beaches and hidden coves that are hard to beat with the opportunity to kayak and snorkel or simply swim and sunbathe, but also you will be sailing on MFV Seafield, a traditional fishing vessel that has been lovingly refurbished and fitted out especially for pleasure cruises. Please note, passengers must be 18 years old or over.

Freedom Menorca Style On Board A 'Llaut'

PDFprintemail

Eloise3For those of you who don’t know, a ‘Llaut’ is a traditional Menorcan fishing boat used for centuries by generations of fishermen and built to go out in all weathers, all year round. You have no doubt seen Llauts in harbours around the island or peacefully moored off one of the picturesque coves, but why not experience the unforgettable pleasure of chartering one for yourself, whether for a day or perhaps a week…?

Meet Eloise, a wonderful example of a lady of a certain age who has lovingly been given a face lift and make over by proud owners, Chris and Jan Gilbert. Eloise is a Menorquin 150 fly bridge, her design based on the historic Llaut which makes her ideal for quietly cruising at low speed while ensuring she is more than capable of withstanding anything the Mediterranean can throw at her.
