While around the corner in Moll d’en Pons, taking place at the same time there will be a classical and contemporary repertoire from string quartet Txeloby4.
Make sure you don’t miss this Mediterranean and very ‘Menorquin’ event
Then, the next day, on Monday 22 July 2013, it’s the regular Es Castell artisan market (Mercat de Nit Es Castell) between 20.00 hours and midnight.
Taking place in a different venue each time, this week the market moves to the lovely little cove of Cala Corb. With over 60 stalls selling a wide variety of local crafts, jewellery, leather goods, clothes and gifts, the idea is for people to discover and enjoy different parts of Es Castell, while bringing more trade to bars and restaurants in the area.
To add to the atmosphere, there will be live music from different bands and singers each week. This week has a traditionally Menorcan theme with performances from three well known acts; singing group Llambre, Joana Pons i Ses Guitarres and folk band Arrels de Menorca.
Information about where the Es Castell night market is being held and the entertainment each week will be postd on the Menorca-Live Facebook page, just click onto the direct link.
