Menorca Britannia Treasure Hunt
The first Treasure Hunt organised by the Menorca Britannia Association will take place on Sunday 23 October promising a fun morning in the countryside with friends, the opportunity to test your knowledge of Menorca and a surprise encounter at the finish.
Following the historic and cultural clues by car and answering the questions or collecting the items required will lead you to the end of the rainbow and the ‘Pot of Gold’ before enjoying an ‘al fresco’ lunch. For safety reasons, drinks cannot be provided, so please bring your own.
There will be a maximum of four people per car, strictly no use of GPS, no racing and no conferring. You will need to bring pens and cameras. Prizes and certificates will be given for the most complete and accurate answers.
The starting point will be the parking next to Palliser’s at 10.00 hrs. Bookings are required by Monday 17 October as although numbers of participants are not limited, the logistics need to be worked out in advance.
It is hoped this will be an annual event offering an educational and scenic drive through Menorca’s beautiful countryside with the chance to have a laugh and meet other members, it is not a race…!
Price for members: €10; non-members: €15. Lunch included.
Please contact Sheila Lyons to book your place. Tel: 971 366 206.
